By using the Aauriva website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. You must provide accurate account, contact, billing, and delivery information.
We aim to describe and photograph fragrances accurately. Colours, packaging, and scent perception may vary slightly across screens and skin chemistry. Product availability can change without notice.
An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or other reasonable operational concerns. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Prices and promotions may change at any time. Confirmed orders use the price displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping, duties, and currency conversion charges are shown or applied where relevant. International customers are responsible for import duties or local charges unless checkout states otherwise.
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent orders, copy protected content, or use Aauriva intellectual property without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Aauriva is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party payment or carrier outages, delivery delays outside our reasonable control, or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow fragrance care guidance. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
